Order Processing

We aim to process all orders within 1–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order is confirmed, it is sent to our fulfillment partners for processing and shipment.


Delivery Times

We work with a network of international and local fulfillment centers to deliver your orders as efficiently as possible.

Estimated delivery times:

Please note: these are estimated timeframes. Shipping delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or seasonal demand.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item’s origin and destination. Some products may include free shipping, which will be indicated on the product page.

We currently do not offer express or expedited shipping, as many of our products ship directly from fulfillment partners around the world.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after dispatch.

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages with different tracking numbers.


Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Local Pickup

We do not offer in-store pickup at this time. All orders are shipped directly to your provided address.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at

within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our logistics partners to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
